We recognised the efficiencies of delivering through a separate specialist brand which is supported by the largest New Zealand owned recruitment group – a team with proven experience of running a workforce of 750 temps across New Zealand.
Since inception FORCE has continued to take market share as new and existing clients have experienced The Madison Way of delivering their industrial services human capital requirements. The recruitment process is thorough and well managed with candidates undergoing full competency interviews, testing appropriate to each position and probity checks. Each candidate has an assigned manager to ensure there is regular communication and a high level of engagement is maintained.
